We've recently rolled out a new DocketCall system in Flint, Michigan. It's being used by four different courts in two different buildings, so DocketCall's traffic management talents are put to a good test there. Eleven displays in total help courthouse patrons find their assigned courtroom.
Rob Gifford was the onsite project manager for the court system, and said he's received many positive comments on the new system, and praised its efficiency over the old system, which was all too familiar: paper dockets hanging all around the court buildings.
Genesee County's DocketCall combines data from two different case management systems, a proprietary system used in one district court and the Michigan Court Systems' statewide trial court case management system for three others.
