We recently completed our second installation for the 12th Judicial Circuit in Florida. The new installation is a bank of six wall-mounted 40-inch monitors with protective covers at the Sarasota Criminal Judicial Center. Each day, the docket data is automatically pulled from the Circuit’s case management software, Courtview.

“We have received positive feedback from the public, court personnel and other agency representatives that visit the courthouse on a daily basis… aside from the obvious benefit to the public the biggest fans are the bailiff staff that work security in the lobby. Previously they had to not only be concerned with security but answer questions and give directions. Now, they just direct everyone to the display boards,” said Dennis Mendendez, the 12th Judicial Circuit Chief Information Officer.
